ÖzArGe is a research and development group in social and behavioral sciences founded in 2014 and led by Dr. Asil Özdoğru. Mission of the group is to plan, develop, and implement high quality basic and applied research projects in psychology, education, and related fields. Vision of the group is to become a leading hub of knowledge in theory, research, practice, and policy of human welfare.

Group membership is open to students and alumni of any high school, university, or graduate school. Members can serve in different roles such as project team members, coordinators, or managers and positions such as research interns, assistants, associates, or fellows. Responsibilities of the members may include project design, implementation, and evaluation as well as literature search and review, academic translation, data collection and analysis, manuscript development, editing, and proofreading. Members work on chosen or assigned projects for at least a year and attend periodic group meetings to review and plan projects. Even though the group membership is mostly a volunteer experience, it can lead to paid positions depending on the availability of funded projects. International students may apply for internships through exchange programs such as Erasmus+.

Individuals interested in being a group member can submit an application all around the year. A complete application should include a letter of intent, a brief resume, and an unofficial transcript. Applications must be sent by email at ozarge.bilgi at gmail dot com.
